Epic was incredible . My stock brakes on my Addmotor ETrike were shot in less than a year. Brooks put on hydraulic brakes and tuned it all up. It’s a smoother ride and easy to stop. 1000% more safe and more fun to ride and run my dogs.

My family had 3 e-bikes that were overdue for tuneups along with some issues. I was very impressed with his service since he picked up the e-bikes within 12 hours and 3 days later, he returned them as if they were brand new. Their pricing was reasonable as well.

I have to echo the other 5 star reviews following our experience with Brooks. We were traveling in our RV when one of our e-bikes stopped running all together. After an unproductive contact with the manufacturer, I found Epic E-Bike Repair on the manufacturer’s website. Considering it was after 5 pm, I figured I’d leave a message, but to my surprise, Brooks answered the phone, and after a few questions, he was on the way to our campsite to pick up the dead bike.Not only did Brooks pick up the bike within 30 minutes of my call, he completed a full assessment and determined that the motor was the issue. He was able to locate a new motor and wheel assembly about an hour away. Brooks picked up the parts, got the bike back together, completed a full tune up and returned the bike back to our campsite. Brooks’ dedication and skills are definitely worthy of a 5 star review, and a call if any bike you own needs any attention.

Excellent service from start to finish. This was my first tune up since I bought my bike. Brooks softly recommended a brake upgrade since my originals were done. I’m so happy I took his advice. Epic E-Bike Repair made our e-bikes better than brand new. Our e-bikes sat for 2 years, and were desperately in need of tuning up, before they could be ridden again. Brooks went over everything on the bike, tightening and adjusting everything to how it should be. Fine tuned the brakes, and added fluid. He even made necessary adjustments to the brakes to compensate for a design flaw in the bike. Explaining that due to the design of the bike, our brakes would wear unevenly, and what our options were in the future. He is incredibly knowledgeable and experienced.

Brooks picked up my road bike within an hour of my contacting him and returned it to me within 24 hours. I rode it the next day and was very happy with everything. Brooks is very friendly and I will definitely use his services again. Highly recommended.
