Epic E-Bike Repair

Well after being told by multiple bike shops they don’t want to work on my bike or not qualified to work on my bike Rad rover 2018 that has been upgraded I was referred to Epic E bike repair soon as I talked to Brooks I knew I found the right guy and shop to fix my bike Brooks took great care of us and will fix all e bikes I own from now on my bike actually with new brakes and motor is better than when it was new rides great so if you want great personal service this is the right guy for the fixing of all bikes especially e bikes

I was having a recurrent problem with my brand new Rad power bike.Initially, I called Rad power they gave me some suggestions. Sent me a spare part for free. This did not fix it. I went to one of the other recommended repair shops and he wanted to charge me $100 even though it was under warranty.I called E bike repair and talk to him on the phone. He gave me a detailed understanding of the problem and how to fix it. I was able to fix it myself. He was very generous with his time and obviously knows quite a bit about E bikes.

We were referred to Brooks by a shop that doesn’t do electrical work on ebikes to replace a motor. Brooks is amazing at what he does! He is super knowledgeable and great at communicating. Once we got the bike to him he is honest and does quick work. My son says his bike runs smoother and better than ever. We will definitely be taking our bikes to him from here on out.

I had some warranty/damage repair work needed on a new bike after a spill. Contacted Epic-E Bike and Brooks explained the process, picked up the bike made the repairs and dropped the bike back the same week. He made it super easy and was very communicative from start to finish. I highly recommend Brooks for any E Bike work.

Fantastic bike repair company! Had a warranty repair that I needed completed on my two new Lectric XP4s (they were great honoring their warranty by the way) and Epic was one of the recommended repair companies. Contacted them at the beginning of the week and Brooks had the paperwork filed with Lectric and my bikes fixed by the end of the week. I can tell that he is very knowledgeable and can handle any bike repair. Very nice guy and will definitely be who I use when I need my bikes worked on in the future.

I can’t recommend this place enough. I won’t take my e-bike anywhere else. As soon as I walked in, the technician understood what was wrong with my bike and how to fix it. He took care of everything, from the throttle to the shifter, and carefully tested the battery and cables to make sure everything worked perfectly. They also do brake adjustments, tire and tube replacements, motor diagnostics, routine maintenance, and software updates. No matter what problem you have with your e-bike, they have the skills and tools to fix it.His expertise is outstanding. It’s clear he cares about his work and takes pride in what he does. He not only fixed my bike but also gave me peace of mind. I appreciated that he followed all the right safety checks, inspecting the bike by industry standards and making sure everything was safe. Now I feel completely safe and confident riding again, and that means a lot to me.If you want someone you can really trust with your e-bike, this is the place to go. They’re the best in the area.

Epic E Bike Repair is the company for you if you want the best workmanship and quality parts at great prices. Brooks is really a great guy and is very knowledgeable in all makes of e-bikes. I have an unusual brand of e-bike and could not get many of the repair shops to do some work for me. I called Epic and spoke with Brooks who was very friendly and very knowledgeable. My rims needed to be trued and my spokes were rusty and in terrible shape. One of my tires was previously installed in the wrong direction and my brakes and rotors were in terrible shape. I am a mechanic myself and usually do my own work but after speaking with Brooks i realized he was much more knowledgeable than i and had the lifts and all of the proper equipment and tools needed to perform the work. He had my bike back to me in no time and i must say i believe it is better now than when i first bought it in 2021. If you need work performed on your e-bike safe the time shopping around and give Epic a call. You will be glad you did!
