Excellent service! I have tried out a lot of repair places, and this is definitely the best. I have a Bunch bike and we use our bike daily. This is the only guy that seems to know how to properly take care of Bunch bikes. Having a great ebike repair place is gold, and this is definitely that.

Alert to all e-bike owners!! If you experience an issues with your bike, the place to call is EPIC E-Bike Repair! My RadRunner Plus e-bike pedal assist wouldn’t engage even though the battery was full. Brooks walked us through all the diagnostic steps and we were able to make the bike work perfectly. Epic was incredible . My stock brakes on my Addmotor ETrike were shot in less than a year. Brooks put on hydraulic brakes and tuned it all up. It’s a smoother ride and easy to stop. 1000% more safe and more fun to ride and run my dogs.
