Brooks did an amazing job with my Madsen cargo bike! He was communicative, fast, and very helpful. My bike is heavy, but he came and picked up to take back to his shop. He fully replaced my broken motor and worked with me when we had to find a new part to make it fit. He gave me back my bike perfectly clean and detailed. Highly recommend!
Brooks was absolutely great, I got hit by a car and was really nervous about what could be done for my bike but he was incredibly helpful and insightful and charged me so reasonably for work I was dreading would rack up in numbers substantially. I bought a used certied Class1 e bike with a Bosch Activ Line Motor and 400 WH battery The bike needed some work done.Meet :”Brooks” from Epic EBike Repair. He came to my house to pick up the IZip 2.0, and after two days he delivered my bike,riding like brand new. He replaced lock mechanism for battery . he did a complimentary check on the motor, one spoke, and a new 7 speed cassette. “Brooks” is a Master technichian and specializes in Bosch middrive sytems. After many months of searching and searching for the right e bike. I finally found it ,and with the help of “Brooks” I fly in my Izip now. Highly recommend Epic EBike Repair.
