Had a RadPower bike that a family member had crashed. Fortunately, no major injuries. However the bike was in need of service and I really wanted it to be checked by a professional to make sure it was safe.Brooks is great. Very friendly and knowledgeable. Came and picked up the bike. Kept me informed throughout the repair. He had all the parts we needed in stock and the repair was completed in 1 day. Dropped off the bike the day after he picked it up. Looks and rides like a brand new bike. Highly recommend!!

Our favorite local bike shop referred us to Epic for our e-bike electrical repair. Our bike was picked up, diagnosed, repaired, and returned to us the next day. The pricing was extremely fair. Excellent customer service and didn’t try to upsell anything that wasn’t necessary. Brooks also took the time to explain everything. He is very knowledgeable and trustworthy. He even took the time to “detail” the bike.Epic will be our go to for e-bikes. Highly recommend!5/20/2025 – We needed some brake work on other our sons e-bike. Brooks showed up the next day and fixed the problem. Really appreciate the timeliness and trustworthiness since our kids are riding these bikes. Highly recommend giving Epic E-Bike Repair a call.

From “I’ll make this bike run better than new” to “That’s the best I can do for this bike”Either he lied to get my business or doesn’t know how to properly quote/inspect a bike. Brakes are worse after he replaced them.Save your money.Reply- everything you mentioned about how bad tmmy bike was, you never mentioned when you picked up the bike. Even when you got home a received a text saying “Get excited! I’m going to tune this bike into tiptop shape.” But after you dropped it off and i had already paid is when you said how bad my bike was. I have everything saved as proof, I dont need to lie. Me waiting to review has nothing to do with how bad you diagnosed it and ripped me off. Theres a reason why you offered free labor and discounted parts, making it seems like you tried to cut me a deal to fix what you said in the begging you would fix.

Response from the owner: Hi Jesse, thank you for your review. I worked on your bike 4 months ago. Why wait 4 months to post a review? You bought your bike used. It was in very rough shape. It needed everything. Your tires were shot, wiring harness was not in the frame, brake pads needed replacement. Your front brake needed to be replaced altogether as it was hydraulic and seeping fluid at the caliper. Your front brake rotor was also scorched which needed replacement. We did speak after I dropped your bike off and I told you that you would need additional parts to make your bike 100%. I offered to waive ALL labor to install more parts if you wanted to purchase the parts. Again, I would’ve installed them for FREE to make your bike right. You chose not to spend any more money on your used bike and you chose to decline my offer. You said, “I’m going to find another mechanic.” My offer still stands. I’ll be happy to pick your bike up for free and install a front brake and rotor also for free if you’d like to purchase the parts. Please reach out to me directly. We pride ourselves on our customer service and want to make this right. Thank you. Reply – you can’t make a silk purse out of a sow’s ear. I’m happy to sell you the additional parts needed to make your used bike 100% and install for free. That’s what I am able to offer you.

This is THE place to go for e-bike repairs. Brooks works on every bike like it’s his own and it shows. He is so knowlegdable and the best of the best. I wouldn’t trust any one else with my bike or my kid’s bike. Fast turn around, reasonable prices, excellent service. Highly recommend.

I recently went to Brooks, at the recommendation of my neighbor, for a tuneup on my ebike. Brooks is so knowledgeable and experienced and it’s very apparent he loves bikes, repairing and safety. He did an amazing job on my bike and it’s riding so much better than it ever has. Brooks is now my go to guy and I highly recommend him.
