When you call, text, email, or submit our repair-request form, we receive the information you choose to share — typically your name, phone number, city, e-bike make and model, and a description of the issue. We use this only to respond to you and schedule and perform your repair.

- To contact you about your repair request and schedule service.
- To diagnose and complete the work on your e-bike.
- To follow up on service and answer any questions.
We do not sell, rent, or trade your personal information. We do not send marketing spam.
Analytics
We may use privacy-respecting website analytics to understand which pages and services visitors are interested in, so we can improve the site. This data is aggregated and is not used to personally identify you.
